I just love wooden floors, but for me I can’t have them as I rent, and have been trying to get the owner to maybe think about changing the carpets to wooden floors and I am still waiting on an answer to this, but one thing is for sure that when I do buy my home wooden floors it will be.

Teak is also a good choice for wooden floors, as long as you aren’t expecting very heavy foot traffic anyway.
