You can be anywhere in the English speaking world – you can find items on sale near to you or you can sell your unwanted household items and tools.  If you want to sell your item, you need to purchase some tokens – currently free of charge! –  just fill out a card and off you go…

Buying things is even easier. If you find something you’d like to buy you can make an offer to the seller via the DIY Together site.  Sellers and buyers decide between themselves on the final price and arrange payment and delivery. We do not charge any commission on the sale.

This is basically the same idea as putting an ad on the board in your local shop.
